本隱私權政策適用於 友萃有限公司 提供之念安（NianAn）App 與網站 nianan.life。
1. 我們蒐集哪些資料
- 使用者輸入內容（僅存於 App 所在裝置）：姓名、家族關係、出生／逝世日期、祭祀資訊、備註、照片等（由使用者主動輸入，預設僅儲存在安裝 App 的裝置上）。
- 裝置／技術資訊：App 正常運作所需之本機檔案存取與必要權限資訊。
- 回饋資料（選用）：僅在使用者主動提交問題回報或建議時，才可能包含文字描述、截圖與聯絡資訊（若有填寫）。
2. 資料如何使用
- 提供家譜建立、編輯、顯示、列印與匯入／匯出功能。
- 儲存使用者設定（例如語系、日期顯示偏好、主題等）。
- 回應客服問題、修復錯誤與改善產品體驗（限使用者主動回報內容）。
3. 資料儲存方式
- 核心家譜資料與照片以本地檔案形式保存（例如 JSON 與照片檔），並僅存在於安裝 App 的裝置上。
- 除非使用者主動使用會傳送資料的功能（例如回饋/客服聯繫），本頁不宣稱進行持續性雲端帳號同步。
- 若未來版本新增雲端服務，將更新本政策與商店資料揭露。
4. 與第三方分享
- 我們不會出售使用者個人資料。
- 僅在使用者主動請求客服協助、法令要求或保護服務安全與權利時，可能處理必要資訊。
5. 使用者權利與刪除
- 使用者可隨時在 App 內修改或刪除已輸入之家族資料。
- 若無線上帳號機制，帳號刪除程序不適用；資料可透過刪除本機檔案方式移除。

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the NianAn app and website nianan.life operated by Talent Group Development, Inc..
1. Information we collect
- User-provided content (stored on the app device only): Names, family relationships, birth/death dates, memorial information, notes, and photos entered by the user are, by default, stored only on the device where the app is installed.
- Device / technical information: Local file access and required permissions needed for app functionality.
- Feedback data (optional): Only if a user voluntarily submits feedback/support requests, submissions may include text, screenshots, and contact details (if provided).
2. How we use information
- To provide genealogy creation, editing, viewing, printing, and import/export features.
- To store user preferences (language, theme, date display preferences, etc.).
- To respond to support inquiries, fix bugs, and improve the product based on voluntary feedback.
3. Storage and retention
- Core genealogy data and photos are stored as local files (for example, JSON and image files) and exist only on the device where the app is installed.
- Unless a user explicitly uses a feature that sends data (such as support/feedback submission), this page does not claim ongoing cloud account sync.
- If future versions add cloud services, this policy and store disclosures will be updated.
4. Sharing with third parties
- We do not sell personal information.
- We may process or disclose limited information only when necessary for support requested by the user, legal compliance, or protection of rights and service security.
5. User rights and deletion
- Users can edit or delete entered family records at any time within the app.
- If no online account exists, an account deletion workflow is not applicable; data can be removed by deleting local files.

6. Children and minors
The app is primarily a family record management tool. If information about minors is entered, use should be supervised by a parent/guardian or with guardian consent.
